Ingredients:

Finely diced Avocado |

Peeled, seeded, finely Chopped tomatoes (abt. 2) |

Preparation:
Chop each vegetable by hand or with food processor. Mix together in a
nonaluminum bowl. Add the sugar and salt to taste. Adjust the sesonings
if necessary. Let the salsa sit for at least 1 hr. Stir well before serving. |
