Preparation:
Shape ground beef into a large patty in a large skillet. Brown 5 minutes on each side, then break up into chunks; push to one side. Add onion and garlic salt, saute just until soft. Stir in spaghetti sauce mix and tomato juice, then celery and corn. Spoon mixture into cooker; cover. Cook on low 8 hours, stirring after 4 hours if possible. On high....4 hours, stirring after 2 hours if possible. Add stuffed olives and serve over toasted buns. |
