Preparation:
1. Place blackberries in a blender; process until smooth. Press blackberry puree through a sieve into a medium bowl; discard seeds. Add 3/4 cup sugar, 1/3 cup lime juice, 1/4 cup vodka, lemon juice, and liqueur to blackberry puree; stir well.
2. Pour blackberry mixture into the freezer can of an ice-cream freezer; freeze according to manufacturer's instructions. Spoon into a freezer-safe container; cover and freeze until firm.
3. Combine 1/4 cup sugar, 1/3 cup lime juice, strawberries, blueberries, and 1/3 cup vodka in a large bowl; stir gently. Let stand 2 hours.
4. Spoon 3/4 cup strawberry mixture into each of 8 glasses; top each with 1/2 cup sorbe |
