Preparation:
Combine first four ingredients over medium-high heat. Beat egg yolks. Add cream mix to eggs, 1/4 amount at a time, whisking after each addition. Pour mixture into saucepan and cook, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon two to three minutes over medium-high heat until mixture coats spoon. Add cream cheese to egg mixture and whisk until thoroughly combined. Stir in strawberries. Pour into 9 x 5 x 3 glass dish and cover with plastic; freeze 8 hours. |
