Preparation:
Dissolve coffee granules in 1 cup hot water. Cool slightly. Stir together coffee, condensed milk, and whipping cream; pour into freezer container of a 1-gallon electric freezer. Freeze according to manufacturer's instructions. Stir in chopped pecans and marshmallows. Pack freezer with additional ice and rock salt, and let stand 1 hour before serving, if desired. Makes 3 quart |
