Avocado Fruit Salad Dressing

Ingredients:

1 medium ripe avocado -- peeled and chopped
1/2 cup whipping cream
3 tablespoons powdered sugar
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 cup whipping cream -- whipped
 

Preparation:

Combine first 6 ingredients in container of electric blender; process until smooth. Fold in whipped cream; serve dressing over fruit salad. Store in refrigerator.
