Benihana Salad Dressing

Ingredients:

1/4 cup Onion -- chopped
1/4 cup Peanut oil
2 tablespoon Rice wine vinegar
2 tablespoon Water
1 tablespoon Ginger root -- chopped,
1 tablespoon Celery -- chopped
1 tablespoon Soy sauce
1 1/2 teaspoon Tomato paste
1 1/2 teaspoon Sugar
1 teaspoon Lemon juice
1 dash Salt and pepper
 

Preparation:

Combine all ingredients in blender or food processor; process until almost smooth. Bobbie Beers Note: Same recipe appeared in Dallas Morning News 12/4/96. But with the following differences: minced onion, ginger, and celery, instead of chopped. Directions: Combine all ingredients in a blender. On medium speed, blend 3 to 5 seconds, or until well incorporated. Makes 8 side-salad size servings.
