Ingredients:

2 cups White wine or white vinegar
1/2 cup Peeled chopped gingerroot
 

Preparation:

Store in cool, dry place for ten days. Shake vinegar and gingerroot in tightly covered glass jar or bottle. Store in cool, dry place 10 days. Strain vinegar.
