Preparation:
Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, lime juice and chili powder in small bowl to blend. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Combine lettuce, carrots, radishes, green onions and tomatoes in large bowl. Add 3/4 cup of dressing and toss to coat. Divide salad among 4 plates. Top each salad with chicken and tortilla chips. Drizzle with remaining dressing and serve.
