Ingredients:

3 medium red delicious apples -- cored and chopped
2 cans green chiles -- (4-ounce), diced
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup green onions -- thinly sliced
1/3 cup cider vinegar
3 tablespoons brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin -- (optional)
 

Preparation:

Combine apples, chiles, raisins, onions, vinegar, sugar and cumin in medium bowl. Cover and chill at least 1 hour.
