Preparation:
Combine brown sugar and 1/4 cup ginger ale. Stir well and set aside.
Pour the remaining 1 cup of ginger ale over the ham in a baking pan. Bake, uncovered, at 325ΓΈ F for 15 minutes per pound, basting occasionally with the ginger ale and pan juices. During final 30 minutes of baking, brush brown sugar mixture over ham. |
