Macaroni and Tuna Casserole

Serves: 4 to 8
 

Ingredients:

7 ounces Tuna packed in Water, drained and flaked
10 1/2 ounces Reduced Fat Cream of Mushroom Soup (or regular if desired)
56 ounces Peas and Carrots, drained
1 Medium Onion, Diced
1 Cup Elbow Macaroni
1/2 Can 1/2% Milk (may use regular if desired)
1 Cup Sliced or grated Longhorn Cheese
 

Preparation:

Cook Macaroni according to directions, rince with hot water and drain. Combine Macaroni, Tuna, Peas and Carrots, Onion, Soup and Milk. In greased casserole dish place a layer of Tuna Macaroni Mixture and top with Cheese. Repeat layers. Place in moderate oven, 350 degrees until cheese is melted and slightly brown on top.
