Preparation:
Dice up the cheese slices and place in a heavy saucepan along with the salt, milk, mustard and pepper. Place over low heat, stirring constantly and remove when cheese is melted. Quickly stir in the yolks until well blended; return to heat for about a minute or until mixture is completely smooth.
Pour into a jar and once it's cool, put on the lid and keep in refrigerator. This is great spread on cracker |
