Preparation:
Combine the cheese and beer in a large bowl. Let stand 30 minutes or until the cheese softens. Blend the cheese mixture, butter and remaining ingredients in a food processor until smooth. Pack the cheese into crocks or decorative airtight containers and store in the refrigerator for 1 month or in the freezer up to 3 months.
To serve, let cheese stand at room temperature for 30 minutes or until soft enough to spread. |
