Pit Barbeque Sauce

Ingredients:

1/2 pound butter
2 cups vinegar
2 cups Ketchup
1/2 cup worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoons onion juice
1 tablespoons tabasco sauce
1 1/2 cloves garlic
1 tablespoons salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon red pepper
 

Preparation:

In large pot, bring all ingredients to a boil and then simmer for abour 30 minutes, stirring frequently. Does not have to be refrigerated...great to use for pork or beef
