Ingredients:

2 cups shredded kraft natural sharp cheddar -- (8oz)
1 package philadelphia brand cream cheese -- (8oz)
1/4 cup beer
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1 dash cayenne
1 tablespoon chopped chives
1 teaspoon chopped pimiento
 

Preparation:

Combine cheddar cheese, cream cheese, beer, mustard and cayenne. Mix until well blended. Stir in chives and pimiento. 1 3/4 cups.
