Stir-Fried Garlic Shrimp

Ingredients:

   2      large         clov  garlic -- finely chopped
   2      teaspoons     vegetable oil
   1      pound         shrimp
   3      cups          sliced mushrooms
   1      cup           green onions -- cut in 1" pieces
     1/4  cup           dry white wine
   2      cups          hot cooked rice
 

Preparation:

Cook garlic in oil in 10-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat 1 minute, stirring frequently. Add shrimp; stir fry 1 minute. Add mushrooms, onions and wine; cook about 2 minutes or until shrimp are pink and vegetables are hot. Serve over rice. Nutrition: 1 Serving:
