Daryl's Southwestern Shrimp Caesar

Ingredients:

  2              heads  romaine -- washed & torn into
                        -- bite size pieces,
                        -- up to 3
                        daryl's caesar salad dressing
  1                cup  fresh parmesan cheese -- grated
                        daryl's spicy croutons 
  20                    shrimp -- cooked peeled &
                        -- halved lengthwise
 

Preparation:

Toss Romaine with dressing and 1/4 cup cheese; divide into serving sizes; place on plates. Sprinkle rest of cheese on individual salads. Sprinkle croutons on top; garnish each with 4 shrimp halves. Grilled chicken may be substituted for shrimp.
