Ingredients:

     1/2         pound  large shrimp
  2          teaspoons  oil
  1         tablespoon  garlic
  1         tablespoon  ginger
  1           teaspoon  chili sauce
     2/3           cup  water
     1/4           cup  scallions
 

Preparation:

Heat oil in a skillet, over a medium flame add garlic and saute for 8-10 minutes, or until lightly browned add ginger and shrimp; heat and stir for 2 minutes add chili sauce; stir to coat shrimp evenly add water, reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 5 minutes remove to a serving plate garnish with scallions serve hot
