Ingredients:

  1              stick  margarine
     1/2           cup  celery
     1/2           cup  green onions
     1/2           cup  green pepper
     1/4           can  ro-tel tomatoes -- (1/4 to 1/2)
  8             ounces  velveeta cheese
     1/2           can  cream of celery soup
     1/2           can  cream of mushroom soup
     1/2           can  milk
  2             pounds  shrimp -- cleaned and
                        cooked
 

Preparation:

Saute in margarine the celery, onions and green pepper. Add remaining ingredients except shrimp; stirring until cheese is melted. Add cooked shrimp; simmer for 5 minutes. Serve over rice.
