Ginger Chicken

Ingredients:

   2      tablespoons   oil
     1/2  pound         chicken breasts -- sliced
   2      cloves        garlic -- minced
   2      tablespoons   fish sauce, squid brand
   1      tablespoon    oyster sauce
   1      tablespoon    sugar
          pinch         white pepper
     1/8  cup           ginger root -- slivered
     1/8  cup           green pepper -- sliced
     1/8  cup           red pepper -- sliced
     1/8  cup           mushrooms -- sliced
     1/8  cup           onions -- sliced
                        cilantro -- chopped
                        cooked rice
 

Preparation:

Heat pan, add oil, chicken and garlic. Cook for 2 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and stir fry for 3 minutes more. Serve with cooked rice.
