Preparation:
1. Follow recipe for classic popovers but before adding salt, mince garlic and mash with salt. Whisk garlic paste into batter and divide half of the batter among tins.
2. Sprinkle 1/4 cup parmesan over batter in tins and divide remaining batter over top. Sprinkle remaining parmesan over top of popovers.
3. Bake at 375F for 40 minutes, cut slit 1/2 inch long in tops and bake another 10 minutes. |
