Chicken Ratatouille Stew

Ingredients:

   4                    chicken breast halves; skinned, boned -- cut in 1" cubes
   1      30 oz jar     favorite spaghetti sauce
   1      medium        eggplant, peeled and -- coarsely chopped
   2                    tomatoes -- coarsely chopped
   2      small         zucchini -- sliced
   1      medium        green bell pepper -- cut in 1" pieces
   1      large         onion -- chopped
   3      cloves        garlic -- minced
   1      teaspoon      dried basil leaves
   1      teaspoon      dried oregano leaves
 

Preparation:

In large bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well. Pour into 3-1/2 to 4 qt crockpot. Cover; cook on LOW for 8 to 10 hours or until chicken is tender and no longer pink.
