Ingredients:

                        -- cubes
   3                    potatoes -- diced
   3                    carrots -- sliced
   1      medium        onion -- diced
   2      cans          whole tomatoes -- (14 1/2 oz.)
   4      tablespoons   quick-cooking tapioca
   2                    bay leaves
                        salt & pepper to taste

Preparation:

Trim all fat from meat. Put all ingredients in crock pot. Mix thoroughly. Cover and cook for 8 to 10 hours.
