Preparation:
In a crock pot, layer carrots, celery, onion and potatoes. In a small bowl mix tapioca, salt and pepper together. Sprinkle on the vegetables. Broil meat to remove excess fat and brown . Place on top and add tomato juice. Sprinkle with garlic. Bake for 10-12 hours on low or 6 hours on high.
Cool completely and freeze in zip lock bags. Thaw in refrigerator overnight. Warm in saucepan to serve. |
