Preparation:
1. Heat drippings in a large heavy skillet.
2. Add onion; saute until tender, about 5 minutes.
3. Add potatoes; saute on both sides until browned.
4. Stir in carrots and cabbage; stir-fry until vegetables are golden and "squeak in the skillet.
5. Stir in Worcestershire sauce and salt to taste. |
