Vegetable Lo Mein

Ingredients:

     1/2  Pound         Spaghetti -- Cooked
   1      Tablespoon    Oil
   1      Teaspoon      Sesame Oil
   2      Tablespoons   soy sauce
   2                    Carrots -- Sliced
   1      Stalk         Celery -- Sliced
   1      Small         Onion -- Sliced
   1      Can           Waterchestnuts, Canned -- Sliced And Drained
   1      Can           Baby Corn -- Drained
 

Preparation:

Stir-fry vegetables in oil; remove from skillet and set aside. Stir-fry cooked dry noodles in oil until slightly browned. (You may need to add a bit more of both oils.) Stir in vegetables and add soy sauce to taste. Wonderful vegetarian dish, but a cup of stir-fried chicken or shrimp can be added.
