Sesame-Peanut Pasta

Ingredients:

  2             medium  green onion -- thinly sliced
     1/4           cup  vegetable broth
  2        tablespoons  reduced fat peanut butter
  1         tablespoon  cider vinegar
  1           teaspoon  toasted sesame oil
     1/4      teaspoon  cayenne pepper
  4               cups  hot uncooked spaghetti
 

Preparation:

In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients except spaghetti. Stir into hot spaghetti. Serve immediately for a hot entree, or cover and refrigerate for a cold entree.
