Ingredients:

   5      cloves        pressed garlic
   3      teaspoons     fennel seed
   3      teaspoons     salt
   2      teaspoons     white pepper
   1      cup           white wine
   1 1/2  teaspoons     sage leaves

Preparation:

Combine all ingredients, mix well and stuff into hog casing or make patties.
