Preparation:
1. Heat broiler, arrange sausage links and bell-peppered halves, skin side
up,
on broiler pan rack
2. Broil 8 minutes, turning sausages once unctil firm to the touch and
lightly
browned, and pepper skins start to blacken
3. Meanwhile, simmer broth and garlic in a 3 qt. saucepan
4. Slice sausages in 1/4 inch rounds; add to the broth.
5. Peel blackened skin off peppers. Slice peppers in narrow strips. Add to
broth.
6. Add to pasta and toss to mix. |
