Ingredients:

   4      ounces        lean beef roast
     1/2  cup           beef broth
     1/4  cup           water
     1/4  cup           apple cider vinegar
     1/4  teaspoon      salt
   1      dash          garlic powder
   1      teaspoon      margarine
 

Preparation:

Place Beef in a glass pan or bowl. Combine remaining ingredients, except margarine; pour over beef. Marinate 4 to 5 days in refrigerator. Turn beef at least once a day. Melt margarine in small skillet; add beef and brown. Reduce heat. Add half of the marinade to the skillet. Simmer until beef is tender.
