Preparation:
Combine all ingredients and form into meatballs placing them in a 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350*F for 20 minutes. While they are baking, combine sauce ingredients. Add enough water to reserved pineapple juice to make 1 1/2 c. liquid and combine with sauce ingredients. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until thick. Pour over meatballs and cook 5 minutes more in oven. Makes 30 to 40 meatballs. |
