Ingredients:

  10                    flour tortillas
  1 1/2           Cups  shredded Monterrey Jack & Cheddar Cheese -- mixed
                        Sauce:
  1                Lb.  ground beef -- browned & drained
  1                Can  whole kernel corn -- (17 oz.) drained
  1                Cup  salsa
  1                Can  tomato sauce -- (15 oz.)
  1           Envelope  taco seasoning mix
                        Simmer & stir 5 minutes.
  1                 In  separate bowl -- combine:
  1             Carton  cottage cheese -- (16 oz.)
  1                     egg (or 2 egg whites)
  1               Tsp.  oregano
 

Preparation:

Line bottom of 13" x 9" pan with 5 tortillas;overlap edges. Spread with one-half of meat mixture. Top with cottage cheese mixture. Next, layer remaining 5 tortillas and other half of meat mixture. Top with shredded cheese. Bake at 375 degrees 30 minutes or until cheese melts and bubbles. Let stand 10 minutes. Serve with lettuce,tomatoes,black olives and sour cream.
