Swordfish With White Beans

Ingredients:

   1      package       swordfish -- cut in 1" cubes
   2      tablespoons   lemon juice
     1/2  teaspoon      dried rosemary -- crushed
     1/4  teaspoon      salt
   1      clove         garlic -- finely chopped
   1      cup           chicken broth
     1/4  teaspoon      dried rosemary -- crushed
     1/4  teaspoon      pepper
   1      large         tomato -- chopped
   1      medium        onion -- chopped
   2      cans          cannellini beans -- rinsed and drained
   2      tablespoons   chopped fresh parsley
 

Preparation:

Mix fish, lemon juice, 1/2 teaspoon rosemary, the salt and garlic in medium glass or plastic bowl. Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes. Cook remaining ingredients except parsley in 3-quart saucepan over medium-low heat 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in fish mixture. Cover and cook over medium heat 10 to 12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until fish flakes easily with fork. Stir in parsley. serve in shallow bowls or plates.
