Preparation:
In a bowl, beat the egg; add stuffing mix, 1/4 cup cranberry sauce, salt
and pepper. Stir in turkey; mix well. Spoon into an ungreased 8x4x2 inch
loaf pan. Bake, uncovered at 350 F for 55 to 65 minutes or until a meat
thermometer reads 165 F. Heat remaining cranberry sauce in a microwave on
high for 1 minute or until heated through. Slice turkey loaf; top with
sauce.
