Ingredients:

  6             ounces  egg noodles
  1                cup  sour cream
     1/2           cup  parmesan cheese
  1              clove  crushed garlic
  1         tablespoon  butter
     1/2    tablespoon  snipped chive
     1/2    tablespoon  salt
  1               dash  pepper
 

Preparation:

1. Start by cooking noodles as package directs. 2. Stir together sour cream, half the cheese, chives, salt, pepper and garlic in a bowl. 3. Drain noodles and return to pan. Stir in butter. 4. Fold in sour cream mixture. 5. Place on a serving platter and sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
