Ingredients:

2 cups cubed cooked turkey breast
1 large avocado -- peeled, pitted, and

-- crumbled
8 large ripe olives -- pitted and sliced
***DRESSING***
3/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup white vinegar
1 clove garlic -- minced
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons sugar
freshly ground black pepper to taste |
Preparation:
Tear lettuce into pieces and place in large bowl. Add tomato, turkey, avocado, blue cheese, and bacon. Combine all dressing ingredients in lidded jar and shake well. Pour dressing over salad and toss well. Top with olive slices. |
