Preparation:
1. In a small bowl, combine bread crumbs, cheese, and 3 tablespoons salad dressing. Mix well and set aside.
2. In another bowl, combine artichoke hearts with remaining 1 tablespoon salad dressing, tossing thoroughly. Arrange artichoke hearts and tomato wedges in a 1-quart casserole dish.
3. Sprinkle bread crumb mixture over vegetables, and bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes or until topping is light brown. |
