Beef Crunch Casserole

Ingredients:

   1      pound         ground beef
     1/4  cup           chopped onion
   1      teaspoon      salt
     1/4  teaspoon      pepper
   2      cups          cooked peas
   1      cup           diced celery
   1      can           cream of mushroom soup
   1      teaspoon      worcestershire sauce
                        i/a c. milk
   1      cup           crushed potato chips
 

Preparation:

Brown meat in 2 tablespoons fat. Add onions; cook until soft. Add salt and pepper. Alternate layers of meat, drained peas and celery in casserole. Combine soup, Worcestershire sauce and milk; pour over mittture in casserole, lifting layers with fork so soup will run through. Top with potato chips; bake in 350F oven about 30 minutes.
