Broccoli and Chicken Casserole

Ingredients:

  3               cups  noodles -- "No Yolk"
  2 1/2           cups  ground chicken -- cooked
     1/2           cup  onions -- chopped
  3 1/4           cups  frozen broccoli flowerets -- thawed
  1                can  Cream of Celery, Half Fat -- (10 3/4 oz)condensed
     1/2           cup  skim milk
     1/2           cup  Swiss cheese, lowfat -- shredded
  1           teaspoon  basil
  2            aspoons  salt
     1/4      teaspoon  black pepper
 

Preparation:

1. Preheat oven at 350°F.

2. Prepare a 2 1/2-quart casserole dish with cooking spray; set aside.

3. Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain.

4. Cook ground chicken rinsing under very hot water to remove any excess fat.

5. In a mixing bowl, combine noodles, chicken, onions, and broccoli.

6. In another mixing bowl, combine soup, milk, cheese, basil, salt, and pepper.

7. Stir in noodle mixture. Pour entire mixture into prepared dish. Bake, covered for 40 minutes.
