2 cans cream of chicken soup
18 oz. frozen mixed vegetables -- thawed
2 cups cooked chicken -- cubed
1/2 cup milk
1 egg
1 cup bisquick baking mix
Preparation:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. In a 2 1/2 qt casserole dish mix soup, vegetables and chicken
3. In a small bowl, mix egg, milk, and biscuit mix, pour over chicken
mixture and bake for 35 minutes or until golden brown.
