Clam Corn Casserole

Ingredients:

  7             ounces  clams
                        milk
  3                     eggs -- beaten
  1         tablespoon  minced onion
  2        tablespoons  chopped pimientos
     1/2      teaspoon  salt
  1               dash  cayenne
  1                cup  cream style corn
     1/2           cup  cracker crumbs
  1         tablespoon  melted butter
 

Preparation:

Drain liquid from clams, add enough milk to make 1 cup liquid and combine with beaten eggs. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into greased casserole. Bake in moderate oven (375F) until firm, about 45 minutes.
