1/4 cup grey poupon country dijon mustard
3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley -- or
1 tablespoon dried parsley flakes
2 teaspoons chopped garlic
1 tablespoon lemon juice
dash ground black pepper
12 ounces angel hair pasta -- cooked and drained
Preparation:
Heat margarine, mustard, parsley, garlic, lemon juice and pepper until margarine melts and mixture is hot.
Toss hot pasta with mustard mixture in large serving bowl. Serve immediately.
