Crab and Shrimp Casserole

Ingredients:

   1      package       long grain and wild rice ( 6 oz.)
   3      tablespoons   grated onion
     1/2  cup           chopped green pepper
     1/2  cup           chopped celery
   2      tablespoons   butter
   1      can           crabmeat (6 oz.) -- drained and flaked
   2      cans          shrimp (4 1/2 oz.) -- drained
   1      can           cream of mushroom soup (10 3/4 oz.) -- undiluted
   1      jar           diced pimiento (2 oz.) -- drained
   1      tablespoon    lemon juice
 

Preparation:

Prepare rice according to directions on the package. Saute onion, pepper, and celery in butter 4 to 5 minutes or until crisp-tender. Combine rice, sauteed vegetables, and remaining ingredients; mix well. Spoon mixture into a greased 2 quart baking dish. Bake at 325 F for 30 minutes.
