Preparation:
1. In 4-quart saucepan, saute garlic in oil until tender.
2. Stir in chicken broth; heat to a boil. Add pasta; heat to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
3. Add broccoli; cook 10 minutes more or until pasta and broccoli are tender.
4. Remove from heat; stir in basil and roasted red pepper.
5. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with Parmesan cheese. |
