Ingredients:

     1/2           cup  diced green bell pepper
  1                cup  diced onion
  1                cup  diced celery
  2               cups  tomato sauce -- 16oz
  1                cup  water
     1/2      teaspoon  garlic powder
  1         tablespoon  sugar
  1                cup  canned mushrooms -- 4oz
  1 1/2           cups  granburger
     1/4           cup  stripple zips -- optional
  8             ounces  medium noodles
  8             ounces  cheddar cheese -- grated
 

Preparation:

Coat a deep, heavy sauce pan, such as a dutch oven, with cooking oil. Add pepper, onion, and celery. Cover. Cook till vegetables are tender, about 10 minutes. Add tomato sauce, tomatoes, water, sugar, garlic powder, mushrooms, granburger and tripple zips. Cover. Simmer 20 minutes. Cook noodles as package directs. combine noodles with sauce. Place in a 3 quart caserole. Top with 8 ounces grated cheddar cheese. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees F. for 20 minutes.
