Preparation:
1) Wash, clean and cut the lettuce into small stripes. Cut ham into small
cubes.
2) In a large saucepan, brown onion in olive oil, add lettuce, salt,
pepper, 1/2 glass water and let dry off for a few minutes over high heat.
Add peas and cook covered for 15 minutes. 5 minutes before cooking ends,
add ham. 3)Cook pasta in salted boiling water. Drain and saute in the pan
with the lettuce sauce for some minutes. Serve hot. |
