  2             ounces  mace
  1              ounce  whole cloves
  1              ounce  mustard seed
  1              ounce  poppy seeds
  1              ounce  garlic powder
  1              ounce  fenugreek
  1              ounce  cinnamon stick
 

Preparation:

grind each of the ingredients separately combine ingredients-mix well store in small airtight jars
