Ingredients:

  4             stalks  broccoli
  10                    mushroom
  3             stalks  celery -- sliced
  1                     red -- green, and yellow
                        -- bell peppers,
                        -- sliced
  3        tablespoons  onion -- finely chopped
                        marinade
  1                cup  sugar
  2          teaspoons  dry mustard
  1           teaspoon  salt
  1         tablespoon  poppy seeds
     1/2           cup  garden blend vinegar
     1/2           cup  vegetable oil
 

Preparation:

Blend marinade ingredients together in blender and set aside. In a container with a tight fitting lid, prepare veggies in an attractive manner. Pour marinade over veggies, cover and refrigerate. Best if marinated for two or three hours prior to serving.
