Preparation:
In saucepan, brown beef and cook onions until tender. Stir to separate meat. Pour off fat. Add soups, water, pepper, beans and carrots. Pour into 2 quart shallow baking dish. Spoon potatoes in diagonal lines across top of casserole. Sprinkle with shredded mild process cheese. Bake at 350 degrees 30 minutes. Makes 6 servings. |
